Kim Setser, Clinic Owner, FNP
Kim Setser was born and raised in East Tennessee. She has 25 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 18 years. Kim’s nursing and NP background has been mostly in emergency and critical care. Her degree is from East Tennessee State University with Dean’s award for top NP of her 2001 class. Helping others has always been her passion in life. Kim feels so blessed to be able to offer the best health care possible to the Del Rio community and surrounding communities as well. She’s been married to Jay for 31 years and enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, taking road trips in the Miata with her husband, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Jay Setser, Clinic Co-Owner, Business Operations Manager
Jay Setser has been at Mountain Health Clinic for nearly 2 years. He has a degree in Business Administration. Before coming to the clinic, he worked in banking and finance for 30 years. Some of his current duties include banking, accounting, Human Resources, purchasing, building maintenance, insurance certification, and attestation. He loves getting to work alongside his wife, Kim, every day and has always been supportive of bringing the best healthcare to the Del Rio community. Some of Jay’s hobbies include college football, reading, and trying new recipes.
Cindy Collins, RN
Cindy has been a Registered Nurse for 20 years working in a variety of settings including Oncology, Med Surg, and Home Health. Her strong experience in multiple departments over the years has made her into the nurse she is today. Cindy is a mom to three children and loves every moment she spends with them. She also loves any chance she has to be in the beautiful outdoors and stays active playing a variety of sports for fun.
